Co-Design Workshops

The designed prototypes of the two services «care app» and «remote care assist» were presented to a total of 24 selected workshop participants in Austria, Luxembourg and Belgium in November. In the co-design workshops, three committed groups of prospective users (family caregivers, clients and employees of the care institutions) worked diligently and with concentration through questions on the design and readability of the applications and then solved tasks to test usability. The prototypes could already be tested on smartphones and tablets, which was visibly fun for the participants. The feedback and suggestions will now be integrated into the further design of the two applications.
